SynAct Pharma’s Nomination Committee ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting

SynAct Pharma’s Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting was announced in a press release on December 11, 2025. The composition of the Nomination Committee has changed for the Annual General Meeting 2026.

The Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting comprises the following members:

  • Anders Kronborg, Chairman of the Board of Directors
  • Niels Ankerstjerne Sloth, appointed by TJ Biotech ApS
  • Mark Gandrup, appointed by Sanos ApS
  • Jacob Eriksen, appointed by Hunter Capital

The Nomination Committee’s proposed items will be presented in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting and on SynAct’s web site. SynAct Pharma's Annual General Meeting 2026 will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
